  I have been attending Calvary Chapel consistently for about 3 months now. My 24 year old Son and my 16 year old son have also been coming. I find the people in the congregation friendly and genuine. I find Pastor Steve's sermons are outstanding. I always walk away filled with the Spirit of Christ. The Worship music is always filled with the Spirit of Christ as well. The Band really brings Christ into the congregation. I was active in the LDS Church for 33 years. Over the past 5 years I became very disenchanted with the LDS Faith feeling like Christ was never part of Sacrament meeting as well as Sunday School and Priesthood, I was looking for Christ when I started attending Calvary Chapel and found him in abundance. Thank you God for Leading me to Calvary Chapel.

  My family loves this church! We began coming after our first daughter was born and we were so new to walking with Jesus. My husband and I had both come from past hurts from one church or another and had given up on Christianity. Pastor Steve patiently and kindly counseled us and encouraged us. We are now almost a family of five and I'm grateful to this church for its support and dedication to teaching us about Jesus. I love that the leadership is warm and spirit led and not afraid to admit mistakes and leave peaceably (as far as is up to them). Very biblically sound and faithful to God's word. I've already learned a lot about how to follow Jesus, fellowship, and battle in the spiritual realm. We are so grateful and plan to keep going until Jesus takes us home!

  This is an amazing place to go. You will not be disappointed. I would recommend this place to anyone. Pastor Steve is a great teacher. When I first visited, I was caught off guard. It was a Sunday night. I wanted to go to a smaller setting. I found the Pastor to be just an "every day" kind of guy. Not trying to schmooze you out of your money. He was answering questions from the congregation, tough questions. I was in awe of his knowledge of the Bible and being able to answer this questions on the spot in front of everyone.
  
  If you're looking for a Church that is wanting more members just to add $ to the offering plate...than this is NOT the Church for you. This IS a church that will show you who Jesus is.

  I absolutely LOVE Calvary. Everyone is so welcoming and always ready to give you a great big hug. I have many friends here because of the home fellowship groups I have gotten involved with. I love that such a big church has so many smaller fellowships to get plugged in to. I personally LOVE Steve's heart for everyone who attends, as well as the community. He is always ready to tell someone about Jesus' love for them and is ready to talk to people who need it. I am so thankful to be attending a church that teaches the WORD and not just what people want to hear. I am so thankful to be a part of this family!

  I have been attending Calvary Chapel Tri-Cities for almost ten years. The teaching is always centered and grounded in Christ. When you attend a service at Calvary, the teacher will go verse by verse through a section in the Bible. The teachers don't go picking and choosing what subjects to teach on, they go through the Bible and teach on subjects as they come up through passages. This teaching gives you the meat of the Bible- it is awesome!
  
  My experience with the people who attend Calvary is refreshing! What I have found when I have personally taken the time to talk and get to know people from this church, is that they love Jesus... this is evident in how they try their best to love others like Christ would. What this means is that the people at Calvary are real, they come as they are; some with smiles, frowns, scars, tears, laughter, joy, sorrow...some are introverts, some are socialites...REAL PEOPLE.
  
  I recommend this church as a place to come to get to know Jesus. If your looking for a church- then what you are really searching and needing is Jesus. So come with an open heart and any questions you may have about who God is...the people of this church will do their best to help you to discover for yourself who Christ is.
